After placing an order, you will always receive a confirmation email with an order number. Haven't received an email? Then the order has not yet been completed (please also check your spam folder).
Delivery time & delivery days
- Ordered before 12:00 PM → usually delivered the next day.
- Macarons with logo: delivery time approximately 2 days.
- Larger orders: delivery time in consultation.
- Delivery on Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders placed during the weekend: first delivery day is Tuesday.
Cooling & shelf life
We ship with Packs Special Care or UPS: sturdily packaged and equipped with cooling elements to keep the macarons at the correct temperature. Deliveries to Belgium go via DHL or UPS
After receipt, the macarons will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
Ordering tip: order in advance
Needed for a party, birthday, or event? Have your macarons delivered 1 or 2 days earlier. Thanks to their shelf life of 5 days in the refrigerator, the quality remains excellent and you avoid stress around delivery.
Shipping costs & transparency
- Prices on the website are including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.
- For each delivery address in the Netherlands, we charge € 9.95 shipping costs.
- Multiple delivery addresses? We are happy to provide a separate quote.
Why do we charge shipping costs?
We like to keep costs transparent. Safe, refrigerated shipping requires care and materials: a sturdy box, cooling element, careful packing, and a reliable courier. This way, you know exactly what you're paying for and your macarons arrive in perfect condition.
